HELLO! I'M SHERRI RINKER......I was fortunate enough to move to Amelia Island in 2012! I settled into Summerwoods Condo community and was there until 2022. In 2022 I moved into LOFTS ON 5TH, which is a new condo development that I did in downtown Fernandina! The walkability of being downtown is something that I really enjoy. My Assistant, Luke, absolutely loves it too! He is a Coton de Tulear puppy and he loves all furry friends and humans!! It always takes us a few minutes to get where we are going because he has to speak to everyone! We have found our version of Postcard Living in downtown Fernandina! Walking to restaurants, bars, retail shops, and enjoying time at the marina all makes for a great day! Living here in Fernandina Beach is like living in Mayberry... you may meet someone you don't know today and they will be your friend tomorrow! This island has so much to offer..from the historic downtown, Oldtown, great restaurants, wonderful beaches, bike paths, Fort Clinch state park, Live Music, Festivals, and so much more! UNUSUAL FACT: I have a new assistant named Luke! He is a Coton De Tule'ar. This breed is named for the city of Tulear in Madagascar.

Seeing others smile and helping to create those smiles! It's a Great Day to have a Great Day!!

PERFECT DAY:

A stroll through downtown to the Marina with Luke, Peloton ride and workout, a walk on the beach, of course facilitating something positive in real estate for my customers and enjoying a great meal and live music in our wonderful downtown!!

BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Being patient and knowing that everything works out just as it is meant to be...Enjoy the ride!!!
