Cabana Lane Design + Build is a custom home design and construction practice based on Amelia Island, Florida, led by founder and designer Dawn Hillman. The practice integrates interior design, architectural planning, and full-service construction management into a single seamless process. Projects include custom new builds, coastal renovations, and interior design for homes throughout Fernandina Beach and Nassau County. Design leads every project from the first sketch — ensuring that layout, materials, and finishes work together before a single wall goes up.
