Fair question, and it's pretty simple. We are about helping people. We chose to do this through real estate because it's what we love. Our journey has taken us all over the United States, developing real estate communities, designing & building homes, and remodeling a few houses we probably shouldn't have. So we have learned a lot along the way, and now we get to put it to good use for our clients.

We chose Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach for many of the same reasons you may be exploring here. We invite you to use our site and dig into the many available tools. We also are pretty interactive and welcome phone calls, zoom calls, and texts (most times of day and night).
