Hello and welcome to my profile! I was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. My husband and I moved to Amelia Island after becoming empty nesters.
I have spent the last 25 years of my professional career in the finance industry. I am a CPA and was most recently a CFO at a private equity firm. I am fully equipped to handle complex real estate transactions, as well as, what I consider the most rewarding, residential transactions where I help you find your postcard lifestyle.

Belinda Kirk is simply the best. I have written reviews regarding how she designed and helped me build the perfect house. I have written reviews about how she helped me sell that house when career changes forced me to move out of St. Augustine. Those reviews about how selfless and perfect she is as an agent fails to capture what she just pulled off for me.
I insisted that she come help me find my next perfect house. Belinda made numerous trips to the Orlando area to help me find that next special place to live. After a few trips, much searching and countless discussions, Belinda just pulled off a miracle. Thanks to her negotiating skills, knowledge and personality, I just went under contract as a buyer at 9% under asking price on a house I would have paid more for. As pretty as this house is from the front, the view from my backyard on the lake is simply amazing!

She designed and decorated a home that felt life I was going on vacation everyday when I walked in. Just over two years later, I changed jobs and cities so I needed to sell my perfect home that she created. I called upon Belinda to complete the cycle for me. She never pushed us to make a decision on a property, but patiently allowed us to work through what was important to us. Once we found the perfect place, Dawn spearheaded negotiating with the previous owners. She even noticed and addressed the leak in the wall
