ON THE WATER
Amelia Island & Fernandina Beach have three marinas to serve boat owners in the area and those passing through.
Amelia Island Marina – Mid Island Marina which offers 132 wet slips and can accompany 100′ boats. A full-service marina with gas, diesel, and ships store. Other amenities include laundry, shower, pump-out station, and bait shop. Full engine & boat servicing are available. Be sure to see Chef Michael & Team at Kitchen 251 overlooking the marina.
Fernandina Harbor Marina – Amenities include 4,000 ft of alongside dockage, deep water, fuel dock, and floating concrete docks. Additional facilities include a boater’s lounge, laundry, bait & tackle, and Wi-Fi. Brett’s Waterway Cafe is located onsite.
Tiger Point Marina – Located on the North End of Amelia Island, Tiger Point Marina offers deep water wet slips, a 50-ton travel lift, and full prop and shaft repair services. Additional services include long-term storage in steel hurricane cradles.
Oyster Bay Yacht Club & Marina – The marina offers floating docks, both port and starboard and accommodates boats from 40 to 60 feet in length. Electric, water, fire suppression equipment, and in-slip wastewater clean-outs are standard features in all slips at the marina. One of the best parts of this marina is access to the clubhouse facilities (aka Oyster Bay Yacht Club). The OBYC has a restaurant, fitness, locker rooms, bar, and elevated pool overlooking the marsh.
