I'm a dedicated husband, father, and businessman with a passion for real estate and a deep commitment to serving your community.

I'm married to my life partner, Christie Frahm, and together we have built a successful real estate business on Amelia Island, Florida. We are proud of our blended family, which includes two stepchildren and two biological children. My stepchildren are both working in the hotel management and hospitality field, while my daughter is pursuing a master's degree in psychology with a focus on working with children. My son is playing basketball in Iowa and planning to pursue a career in sports chiropractic.

I'm a native of Colorado, and I began my career in construction in Arizona. I later moved to the Midwest, where I had the opportunity to work alongside one of the founders of the world's largest QSR brand. This mentorship was instrumental in shaping your career path.

Over the course of my career, I have been involved in over $900,000,000 worth of real estate transactions. I'm a skilled negotiator and problem solver, and am always focused on putting our clients' needs first. I'm passionate about making the dream of homeownership a reality for our clients, and am known for my ability to turn stressful situations into positive experiences.

I have faced many challenges in my life, including divorce, single parenthood, and the COVID-19 pandemic that lead to a financial reboot. However, I have always emerged from these challenges stronger and more resilient. I believe that success comes from facing adversity head-on and never giving up on your goals.

I am now applying the lessons I've learned to help my neighbors on Amelia Island. I'm passionate about helping people transition into or out of the community, and am always willing to go the extra mile to help our clients. I believe that no deal is too small or too difficult, and I am always up for a challenge.
