Cabana Lane Thoughts
There are two things that stand out to us when we think about Isle De Mai. First, is a terrific location with great access and privacy at the same time. For bike lovers, the connection to the Amelia River To Sea Trail is a big bonus and you are approx 2 miles to the beach down the path. The second big factor for us is the consistency and quality of Florida Style Design. SEDA Homes did a fine job with the home building as well as community building. Large trees were saved and new street trees placed 10 years ago have matured nicely offering a mature feel as you drive down the streets. The pool amenity is nice and centrally located. Home prices in Isle de Mai are typically higher than in other parts of Fernandina Beach, but the neighborhood is well-maintained and offers a high quality of life.
