We created the "Beach Lover's" lifestyle search to help you find that perfect beach home or condo. We also drew a bigger circle that calls out properties in close proximity.

The OG of Fernandina Beach. Old Town is the original settlement of Fernandina Beach with a rich and colorful story. Old Town remains unchanged since the Spanish platted it in 1811 under the "Laws of Indies" Spanish settlement pattern. This approach called for plazas surrounded by Churches, Meeting Houses, Schools, and homes. The "neighborhood" has 23 blocks and approximately 146 homesites. Parks are for everyone and especially the four-legged furry friends who like to chase a ball or one another. The North Island Parks are plentiful, from Main Beach, Fort Clinch, Egan's Creek, Central Park, and the Fernandina Plaza Historic State Park in Old Town.
